In February 1983, the petitioner was convicted of burglary in violation of Wis.Stat. § 943.10(1)(a) for the theft of a gasoline can and a flashlight. He was sentenced to six years imprisonment to be served consecutive to a sentence imposed on him for a previous conviction. The trial court denied the petitioner's motion for postconviction relief in June 1983. The petitioner's conviction was affirmed...
