Sloss seeks reversal of the summary judgment granted for defendants-appellees Case Western Reserve University (hereafter "University") and the Industrial Commission of Ohio (hereafter "commission"). The judgment had the effect of denying her workers' compensation for injuries she suffered in a fall in a parking lot as she left her job at the university.
