Hennepin County, Jack M. Provo, Hennepin County District Court Administrator, and Wayne A. Johnson, Hennepin County Treasurer appeal from two separate summary judgments. The first determined that appellants Provo and Johnson were liable to respondents for interest which had accrued on money deposited with the county pursuant to the "quick take" condemnation statute, Minn.Stat. § 117.042 (1984).
