KOCORAS, District Judge:

The plaintiffs, Usha Harpalani and her two children, Jaideep and Haresh Harpalani, are United States citizens who reside in Naperville, Illinois. In March, 1983, they booked round trip air transportation on Air India from New York to Bombay, India through Air India agents in Chicago. After arriving in India in August, 1983, Usha Harpalani allegedly contacted Air India agents in Poona, India and confirmed reservations...
