The Debtor, FLR Company, Inc., has need of progress payments recited in its various contracts with Bethlehem Steel Corporation ("Bethlehem"). To accomplish this result, the Debtor filed a Complaint in Turnover at Adversary Proceeding No. 85-260 on May 29, 1985, which was answered by Bethlehem on June 18, 1985.
