OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

CAMPBELL, Judge.

Appellant was convicted for the misdemeanor offense of selling obscene material. V.T.C.A. Penal Code, Sec. 43.23(c)(1). The jury assessed punishment at fifteen days confinement in the Harris County jail and a one thousand dollar fine. The Fourteenth Court of Appeals affirmed his conviction in a published opinion. Beir v. State, 681 S.W.2d 124
