Plaintiffs are 25 individuals and four partnerships who operate these gas stations in accordance with franchise agreements with the Atlantic Richfield Company ("Arco"). They challenge the propriety of Arco's termination, asserting that it does not conform to the strictures of the Petroleum Marketing Practices...
