COMPTON v. GATOR OFFICE SUP. & FUR.

No. 84-1902.

471 So.2d 216 (1985)

Robert J. COMPTON, Appellant, v. GATOR OFFICE SUPPLY AND FURNITURE, INC., Etc., Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

June 26, 1985.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Robert J. Compton of Compton & Associates, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

Howard S. Toland of Britton, Cohen, Cassell, Kaufman & Schantz, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court's judgment to the extent it awards damages and costs in favor of the appellee. Because the trial court failed to reserve jurisdiction to award attorney's fees, however, we reverse the award of attorney's fees in favor of appellee. See North Broward Hospital District v. Finkelstein, 456 So.2d 498 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984).

AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AND REMANDED.
