Diana M. Braggs, a/k/a Diane Earls, seeks review of the superior court order dismissing her RALJ appeal of a Seattle Municipal Court theft conviction. She alleges error in the dismissal of her RALJ appeal based upon the superior court's claimed lack of jurisdiction. We reverse and reinstate Braggs' RALJ appeal.
