OPINION

FOLEY, Presiding Judge.

This appeal is from a judgment and decree of dissolution. Appellant Ernest King claims an abuse of discretion in the award of temporary spousal maintenance and the division of the marital property. Respondent challenges the trial court's treatment of appellant's retirement benefits, and the lack of any provision for health insurance. We affirm.
