FINDINGS OF FACT

In 1966, the Plaintiff, Albert S. Zeller, purchased a restaurant known as Lardano's located on the southwest corner of Main and University Streets in Peoria, Illinois. The purchase was of the premises, all of the assets, and the goodwill of the restaurant business.
