These two wrongful death actions were brought by Timothy Crowley (Timothy), as the administrator of the estates of his two minor sons, twelve-year-old Timothy, Jr., and five-year-old Michael. The suits were brought against the children's maternal grandparents, Edward F. and Nora D. Spivey. The cases were consolidated for trial, and the jury returned verdicts for actual damages in each suit...
