The Board of Education for the Capac Community Schools appeals as of right from a decision and order of the Michigan Employment Relations Commission which found the board in violation of § 10(1)(e) of the public employment relations act, MCL 423.210(1)(e); MSA 17.455(10)(1)(e), for refusing to bargain collectively with appellee Capac Bus Drivers Association.
