Appellant was convicted of robbery1 and criminal conspiracy2 for the holdup of a gasoline station's convenience store. Post-verdict motions were denied, and appellant was sentenced to 33-72 months imprisonment for the robbery conviction, to be served concurrently with a 2-6 year sentence for the conspiracy count.
