OPINION OF THE JUSTICES

Supreme Court of New Hampshire.

May 24, 1985.

The following resolution adopted by the House of Representatives on March 30, 1985, was filed in this court on April 8, 1985:

"Whereas, in 1983 the New Hampshire Supreme Court stated that it should be reluctant to reconsider the validity of the doctrine of sovereign immunity `until the legislature has been given an opportunity to correct the present procedural and financial inadequacies of statutes relating to sovereign immunity...
