On January 29, 1981, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Eickerman executed a listing agreement in which they hired Mr. T.J. Meenach to aid them in selling their business known as Triple "E" Meats, Inc. Mr. Meenach was to receive a 7 percent commission if the property was sold within 185 days.
