Claimant had a personal injury claim against three joint tortfeasors, two of whom were insured. She settled with the two insured tortfeasors on Pierringer releases, and then sought to invoke her own uninsured motorist coverage. Because, contrary to the terms of her own policy, claimant settled with the two insured tortfeasors without the consent of her uninsured motorist carrier, did claimant lose her right to uninsured motorist benefits...
