Lincoln McGinnis and Dairyland Insurance Company appeal from a summary judgment dismissing State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company from this declaratory judgment action on the basis, under Idaho law, State Farm's household exclusion absolves it from liability. The primary question is whether State Farm's policy should be interpreted by Idaho or Washington law. We affirm.
