In this action plaintiff alleges that she was fraudulently induced by defendants to enter into an agreement titled "Sublease Agreement" which, in effect, was an assignment of her rights and interests in her apartment. Special Term dismissed the complaint on the grounds that it was barred by res judicata and collateral estoppel and failed to state a cause of action against defendants.
