On October 29, 1985 this Court entered its memorandum opinion and order (the "Opinion") granting summary judgment in favor of Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Chicago/Wisconsin ("Coca-Cola"), thus rejecting the claims of race and age discrimination asserted by Frank Oglesby ("Oglesby").
