Plaintiff, Susan Getz, brought this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. alleging that her employer, defendant Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare ("DPW") of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, has discriminated against her on the basis of religion.
