KLEINSCHMIDT, Judge.

Following a jury trial, the appellant was found guilty of kidnapping and criminal trespass. In August 1984, the court suspended the imposition of sentence on the criminal trespass charge for a period of three years and on the kidnapping charge for a period of five years and placed the appellant on probation.
