This is a suit for damages for wrongful seizure of an automobile from the judgment creditor. The plaintiff appeals from a judgment denying damages.

The facts are not disputed. On February 5, 1979, Emily Savant, the mother of the plaintiff, bought a 1978 Mercury Zephyr automobile. The vehicle was financed through Ford Motor Credit Company.
