This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner is an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution at Oxford, Wisconsin. He claims that his confinement is being prolonged in violation of the Constitution and the laws of the United States. 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Petitioner argues that he is entitled to immediate release because of the good time credits he has accumulated that have never been properly taken...
