Hirsch, based on the court's findings that defendant, Enright Refining Co., Inc., had breached its contract with plaintiff when it charged a retainage fee, that Enright committed fraud by intentionally misleading plaintiff and deliberately concealing its retainage fee, and that Enright's conduct violated section 1962(c) of the Racketeer...
