This is an appeal from the ratification of an auditor's report disallowing in part attorney's fees and certain other expenses incurred in connection with the foreclosure of a deed of trust and related bankruptcy proceedings. Appellants charge that the disallowance, or most of it, was the consequence of two court policies that were in fact unauthorized rules of court improperly applied.
