This matter is before the Court on two summary judgment motions filed by defendant Anemostat Products Division Dynamics Corporation of America ("Anemostat"). One seeks dismissal of the Complaint for plaintiff's failure to submit the dispute to arbitration as required by the terms of the parties' contract. (Doc. No. 24).
