McCollum for breach of contract, contending that he had contracted with the couple to build a log house on a "cost plus" basis and that when the house was completed they refused to pay him $21,375.39 which was due under the contract. Appellees answered and counter-claimed, alleging fraud and seeking the cost of completing the house, $50,000 in general damages for fraud, $150,000 in exemplary...
