Plaintiffs William and Agnes Raines appeal from a final judgment of the Circuit Court of Wayne County entered on January 31, 1983, wherein the court denied the plaintiffs' motion to set aside the jury verdict and award a new trial. The jury had returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs in the amount of $2,000.00 in their action against James D. Thomas, defendant below.
