Claimant, a self-employed meatcutter and volunteer fire chief, was injured while responding to a fire call on May 17, 1977. As he assisted another fireman in hooking up hoses, claimant experienced a shortness of breath, was unable to continue and was brought to the hospital in an ambulance.
