Plaintiff, Robert Vanlangendonck, filed a petition to fix boundary in February 1980 in which he alleged that the boundary between his property and that of defendant, Maxie Castilow, was no longer properly fixed and that efforts to amicably fix said boundary had been unsuccessful.
