Larry Williams, plaintiff-appellee, instituted this action against his employer's compensation insurer, Western Preferred Casualty Insurance Company, defendant-appellant, seeking workmen's compensation benefits for a back disability as well as statutory penalties and attorney's fees. The trial court ruled that Mr. Williams is entitled to compensation benefits for a temporary total back disability as well as $5,000.00 in attorney's fees and 12% interest...
