Bill Partin, individually and Bill Partin Jewelry, Inc., appeal a summary judgment granted in favor of the defendants, Calcasieu Television and Radio, Inc. and two of its employees, James Smith and Mary Ann Herman Dunwell, dismissing Partin's defamation suit.
