Following her conviction of first degree murder of her husband, appellant Donna Jean Renier petitioned the trial court for postconviction relief and for a new trial. The trial court denied the motion. Appellant claims that she is entitled to a new trial since her sister gave a post-trial statement exculpating appellant; a deceased potential witness's hearsay statement tended to exonerate her; and because the prosecution failed to furnish to appellant...
