Perrone from a judgment in favor of Darleen Jacobs dismissing the reconventional demand of O'Bannon and Perrone for defamation on an exception of no cause of action and motion for summary judgment. The principal issue is whether statements made in a brief to an appellate court reviewing a judgment dismissing a paternity suit may be actionable as defamatory when they suggest the possibility...
