In this review of an award entered in a workers' compensation proceeding, the claimant presents three issues. The first is whether A.R.S. § 23-1043.01(B) violates either the equal protection clause of the United States Constitution or the Arizona Constitution's prohibition against special laws. The second issue is whether the evidence presented at the administrative hearing supported the administrative law judge's findings...
