Maine Isle Corp., Inc. (Maine Isle) appeals from a declaratory judgment of the Superior Court (Knox County). Maine Isle sought a declaration that it had an application to amend a subdivision pending before the Town of St. George Planning Board (Board) prior to the date that the Town enacted a new zoning ordinance, and thus, that it was entitled under 1 M.R.S.A. § 302 to have its application governed by the pre-existing ordinance.
