George Glover was indicted for two separate offenses of "burglary in the third degree" and the cases were consolidated for trial. The jury found the appellant not guilty in case number 82-2129. A verdict of "guilty of burglary in the third degree" was returned against the appellant in case number 82-2130. The trial judge sentenced the appellant to fifteen years' imprisonment...
