LINDSAY, Judge.
Defendants, The Louisiana Land and Exploration Company and Cities Service Oil and Gas Corporation, appeal from the judgment of the trial court in favor of plaintiffs, W.B. Roseberry, Jr., Betty Lynn Roseberry, Estheree Roseberry McKinney and Willene Roseberry Horne, awarding the partial cancellation of an oil, gas and mineral lease on the plaintiffs' property.
