McCLOSKY, J.

Appellant Charles Miles was charged by information with two counts of robbery. (Pen. Code, § 211.) Count I alleged a violation which occurred on June 13, 1982. Count II alleged a violation which occurred on June 14, 1982. The jury convicted appellant on count I.
