Merle Perry appeals from a conviction following a jury trial in Superior Court (Oxford County) for disorderly conduct (17-A M.R.S.A. § 501(1)(C) (1983)), criminal mischief (17-A M.R.S.A. § 806 (1983)), and Class D escape (17-A M.R.S.A. § 755 (1983)) all of which arise out of an incident in Rumford on May 28, 1982.
