KOONTZ, Chief Judge.

A jury found appellant, James Ronald Hubbard, guilty of attempted grand larceny. He was sentenced to twelve months in jail and ordered to pay a fine of $500. Thereafter, Hubbard filed a petition for appeal with this court. We granted the appeal on the issue whether the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction. Finding sufficient evidence, we affirm the conviction.
