At the threshold of this appeal taken by plaintiff Roger Vachon from a decision of the Town of Kennebunk's Zoning Board of Appeals (the Kennebunk Board), we must construe the statute that requires any such appeal to be taken "within 30 days after the decision is rendered."1 30 M.R.S.A. § 2411(3)(F) (1978).
