HILL, Justice.

This case concerns the appeal from findings and orders entered in the district court, sitting as the juvenile court, relative to the care and custody of three minor children, and the parental rights of their natural parents. The court determined, in accordance with 33 V.S.A. § 654, that the three children were in need of care and supervision.
