Plaintiff was rendered a paraplegic in a 4-H Rodeo bareback bronc riding event. The case was duly tried by a jury which found three (3) Defendants negligent, two (2) Defendants not liable and set Plaintiff's damages at One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,250,000).
