This is an appeal from a judgment awarding plaintiff, A.J. Scafide, $21,641.43 under the doctrine of unjust enrichment for actions taken by the defendant, C. Itoh Industrial Machinery, Inc. (CIM) in regard to plaintiff's forklift.
