Judy and James Wade (hereafter called "Wade") were married in March of 1969. They have two children, James born in September of 1969 and Jennifer born in October of 1973. The trial court dissolved the marriage, made a division of property, awarded custody of the two children to Judy and ordered Wade to pay child support.
