Defendant appeals from a judgment partitioning the community property between him and the plaintiff, his former wife. The defendant contends that the trial judge made numerous errors which resulted in an inequitable and unlawful distribution of the community assets and liabilities. Our review of the record reveals that, although the lower court's judgment is correct in most respects, the trial judge did err in his treatment of certain retirement accounts...
