POPOVICH, Chief Judge.

Appellant Janice Nyflot appeals the trial court's order sustaining the Commissioner of Public Safety's revocation of her driving privileges for refusing to submit to chemical testing under the implied consent law, Minn.Stat. § 169.123 (1984). Appellant claims she was denied her right to consult an attorney when she was asked to submit to chemical testing. She was told that under the new 1984 law she had no such right....
