Following a jury-waived trial in the Superior Court (Knox County), defendant Rodney Cloukey appeals his conviction for operating a motor vehicle after his license had been revoked as a habitual offender. 29 M.R.S.A. § 2298 (Supp.1984-1985).1 The sole issue on appeal arises from defendant's constitutional challenge to the police roadblock that resulted in his apprehension.
